Tool Design Engineer- (DFM, meeting with customer, familiar with mould structure)

Job Description

-Responsible Tool design project, accomplish mould design proposal for new product and mould design modification
-Complete the 3D design of the mold according to the DFM, and establish the mold record, and complete the 3D self-inspection form
-Complete the output of 2D parts and mold BOM according to the 3D drawing
-Modified 3D, 2D output
-Participate in new project kick-off meetings and various review meetings
-Participate in the department’s internal proposal improvement and patent application, SAP report
-Participate in the formulation of internal design standards and specifications, design experience accumulation and sharing, and other team suggestions
-Accomplish ad-hoc tasks assign by superior

Skills Required:
-PREFERABLY ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN BOTH MANDARIN AND ENGLISH.
-Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical. Mold, Automation or related field
-Atleast 4 year(s) of working experience in Plastic mould design
-Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude
-Familiar in material properties, injection processing, common injection defect of general plastics
-Familiar in using UG for mould 3D design and 2D drawings output
-Familiar in using AutoCAD
-Familiar in various mould processing technology and methods
