To optimize and digitize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Promoting and driving the culture of data analysis and data driven. Improving productivity thru lean & Six sigma methodologies.

Job duties & Responsibilities

Working with cross-functional teams including software developers, data scientists, operations personnel and related people to implement and integrate new technologies.
Analyzing existing manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and digitization
Building and deploying dashboards and visualizations to monitor and measure performance metrics.
Conducting data analysis and providing insights to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
Promoting and enrich the culture of lean, data driven mindset and Industrial 4.0 thru the plantwide
Lead or participate in digital/lean project, ensuring alignment with company goals
Lead and support kaizen event

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Degree or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Sciences or related fields with 3 to 5 years’ experience
Strong technical skills in areas such as software development, data analytics, and industrial automation. Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is often required.
Project Management skills
Experience in data analysis and have right data driven mindset
