Service Engineer

Job Description

Location: Malaysia (WFH), travel to client site at Singapore or HQ in China
Salary range: Up to RM 9500 (Based on experience)

Job Description:

1. On-site equipment installation, commission & technical support.
2. Resolve technical issues on equipment, process, software.
3. Perform installation / de-installation from layout to commission.
4. Preparation of technical issue report.
5. Able to work in Cleanroom environment if needed.
6. Willing to support short term, overseas assignment if required.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree in Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent for Service Engineer position.
2. At least 3 years working experience.
3. Should be self-motivated, self-starter, eager to learn and good team player. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Dynamic and committed with proactive working attitude (good initiatives, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills).
5. Possess production hands-on experience/strong capability in equipment.
6. Strong knowledge of project management skills.
7. Able to travel to overseas for support and HQ in China if required.
   
   Can widen your sourcing of all Engineer roles with the scope as below:
   – 28 – 40 years old, Male
   -Bachelor Degree in any engineering related field
   -At least 3 years experience. Avoid fresh grad.
   -Prefer Service Engineer who have experience in Sales, as they will be also handle sales in future other than service at client site.
