Senior SMT Engineer

Job Description

• To plan, directs and oversees activities of SMT department activities to meet business goals and objectives.
• Responsible to train, upgrade, motivate, appraise, award and formulate a group vision of team success.
• Determine proper reaction to change instructions and take steps to prevent problems.
• Establishes effective utilization of SMT manpower, SMT equipment and facilities.
• Optimizes production line utilization to contribute to high production yield, performance and quality.
• Ensure all SMT facility and machinery are properly maintained to enable continuous plant optimum operation
• Pays high attention to employee work safety and health.
• Ensures his areas of responsibilities comply with ISO 9001 & ISO13485 requirements, customer requirements, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO13485 requirements management system audit work.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, problem analysis and problem solving abilities
