(good working experience (mid-senior buyer with minimal guidance))
Permanent position

Requirements:
-Require Purchasing experience (At least 2 years experience)
-Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent combination of education (prefer from USM math, physics, engineering)

Job Description:

Responsible for all Buyer aspects leading manufacturer of electronic components and systems, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our procurement team and contribute to our operational excellence.

Job Summary:

· Prepare Purchase Order/PO to given iPR (include system update)

· Check and ensure with Disti/Suppliers/Vendors on getting quotations upon request from the Requestor

· Analyse purchase cost (bulk/MOQ/loose, whichever is lower if possible)

· Prepare incoming reject part matter in ERP system, etc.

· Build close relationships with Disti/Suppliers/Vendors

· Maintain ERP system Item Master information and Vendor information

· Ensure areas of responsibility comply with ISO9001/ISO13485 requirements.

· Preferable with experience in RFQ preparation (EMC industries) with minimal guidance

· He/She shall assume any responsibilities that are assigned to him/her as and when the need arises.

Requirements:

· Possesses a Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

· Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in the Electronics component manufacturing environment.

Salary package include:
1)Basic salary
2)Meal allowance of RM4 /day
