Job Description

• Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP HCM, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.);
• Act as a primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries and issues within the organization;
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements;
• Collaborate with SAP support and external vendors to address and resolve critical issues;
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical teams; • Work with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions;
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables;
• Review the performance of the processes and recommend and follow up on improvement areas;
• Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and share knowledge with team members to facilitate ongoing support and project developments;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations;
• To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Requirement

• Proficiency in Mandarin communication
• Diploma and above in Computer science, IT or Relevant SAP certifications
• Male / Female
• 25 – 35 ages
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience for this position
• Extensive experience working with SAP systems, including configuration, implementation, and support
• Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, as well as knowledge of related integration points.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detailed understanding of business processes and how they are supported by SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Verbal and written communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
