Job Description:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for projects.
  • Develop tender documents, bills of quantities, and manage procurement processes.
  • Evaluate supplier/vendor proposals and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor project costs, handle variations, and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and maintain alignment with project budgets.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare periodic financial and cost performance reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Fresh Graduates able to accept.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, tendering, and contract management.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction standards, regulations, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to deliver cost savings through strategic sourcing and cost control.
  • Preferred:
  • Background in procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
