- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for projects.
- Develop tender documents, bills of quantities, and manage procurement processes.
- Evaluate supplier/vendor proposals and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project costs, handle variations, and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and maintain alignment with project budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Prepare periodic financial and cost performance reports.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Fresh Graduates able to accept.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in quantity surveying tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX).
- Strong knowledge of procurement, tendering, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with construction standards, regulations, and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to deliver cost savings through strategic sourcing and cost control.
- Preferred:
- Background in procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
