Job Description
•Drives and coordinates with the Cross Functional Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments. •Work with production teams to drive sales orders and schedules for all customer products. Works closely with technical, production, and material departments to facilitate the build of customer products through the entire process •To outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.•Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others. •Assist with all administrative functions including, but not limited to sales order maintenance, request for information, quoting, organizing customer meetings, maintaining customer files, NPI/FAI build readiness checklist, customer ECN/TDN request performance, etc. •Assist that the performance on key business metrics achieves business objectives revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, etc. •Customer reporting. Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns, records and reports the status of returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes of product pricing, and resolves return credit problems. Requirement: •Possesses a Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. •Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required |
