Process Engineer

Job Description

• To establish Work Instruction (WI), Visual Aid (VA) and Critical Control Point (CCP) for all processes.
• Prepare documentation for technical reports.
• Discover areas for continuous improvements.
• Work closely with NPI team for new project launching or new product development.
• Assessing processes, taking measurement, and interpreting data (cycle time, material usage, die cut mould traceability)
• Participate and engage in new equipment/machinery setup and qualifications.
• Develop plans to improve the production, quality, costs and labor required.
• Productivity improvements activities (production efficiency and production output set by the Management)
• Quality improvements activities (to achieve quality standards)
• Cost reduction (cost saving activities: process optimization, material, energy saving)
• Troubleshooting problems in the production lines (market claim, QC internal detection) and providing recommendation and training.
• Generate new ideas and solutions to yield improvements.
• To monitor the OEE improvement plan

Requirements:-
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Prefer Mandarin speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in Packing industrial.
• Computer literate: MS Office & ERP System
