Process Engineer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: –

1. Designing specifications for the use of raw materials, inventory usage and production.
2. Track all materials, equipment, and labor, and report daily production figures
3. Monitoring, implementing, and inspecting plant facilities and practices.
4. Ordering maintenance, repairs, and optimisations of machines and workflows.
5. Monitor the productivity of staff, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency
6. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
7. To ensure that the production operations are smooth.
8. To take full responsibility of the machine to meet the quality and quantity of the products.
9. Resolve all the problems arising in the shortest time and ensure the safety and efficiency.
10. Know the process of processing, manufacturing, principle of each machinery operating and equipment. In case of incidents, the root causes should be thoroughly investigated, and analysis and improvement should be made so that the machinery and equipment achieve maximum productivity.
11. Create Work Instruction and provide training to operators.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering
• Proven experience in the engineering field.
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Read and understand technical document in English/Chinese is an advantage
• Basic understanding on quality system, environment
• proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, Word, power point)
• Familiar with AutoCAD
