Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst with a strong background in data analytics or AI to join our finance team. This role is responsible for analyzing average selling prices (ASP), tracking the impact of price changes, and supporting pricing initiatives to drive revenue growth. The Pricing Analyst will collaborate closely with product line managers, sales teams, and finance partners to validate pricing adjustments and ensure accurate implementation.
**Working condition : hybrid. This person will need to work with service managers globally (US, EU, and Asia) so need to have some flexibility.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze and track average selling prices (ASP) across product lines, customers, and regions.
• Assess the impact of price increases or decreases and identify contributing factors.
• Collaborate with product line managers and sales teams to validate price changes and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor the PowerBI pricing dashboard for insights on pricing trends and performance.
• Maintain and enhance the PowerBI pricing dashboard for insights on pricing trends and performance and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop AI-driven models or statistical analyses to optimize pricing strategies.
• Work with IT to address recurring data errors and ensure dashboard accuracy.
• Provide detailed pricing analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Support the sales finance team in driving the company’s pricing initiative by providing actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to finance and business unit leadership.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, AI, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analysis or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with ERP systems, financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion is a plus.
