NPI Program Manager

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Responsible for new product introduction from R&D to Production Release Stage, product/team coordination and management, ensuring transfer goals are met.
• This includes production scheduling, commitment adherence in terms of On Time Delivery, Product Cost , Process lead time improvement and inventory management.
• Engage with the factory to drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to deliver Lean and Cost efficient on new programs introduced.
• Achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfaction in Backlog Commits, Manufacturing, Quality, IPH Cost and Customer Responsiveness.
• Responsible for Site Readiness (4M: Man, Material, Machine, and Method).
• Coordinate the preparation for the weekly reviews and Phase Reviews to ensure target goals are achieved in terms of Time to Market, Time to Yield, Time to Cost & Time to Ramp ensuring readiness goals are MET.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or Equivalent with minimum 10 years related experience in program or project management.
• Strong ability to identify organizational needs, lead and manage programs / projects.
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Good problem-solving ability.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferable with experience of Program Management Or Project Management.
• Knowledge of software Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Access, and Microsoft Project
