LSR Engineer

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Experience with setting up molds and SILICONE PROCESS for injection molding machines and automated
  equipment.
• Performs daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of all LSR machinery, equipment and systems.
• Monitors and correct efficiencies of processes.
• Train employees on jobs and performs machine/mold setups
• Trouble shoots process and machine issues and repairs/corrects findings
• Implement and maintain SIM (Scientific Injection Molding) where appropriate.
• Pulls, cleans, measures screws and barrels as required – maintaining updated/accurate database
• Develop and manage validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ) and provide objective evidence that
  equipment, processes, test methods, and product meet requirements and are compliant with regulations.
• Generate and maintain documentation for all internal manufacturing processes.
• Prepare reports timely and accurately as required.
• To carry out any other duties and job functions when required by superior or persons acting on behalf of the Company.

Academic Requirement:
Diploma and above in LSR Molding / Plastic Injection Molding or related field

Age :
25 – 40 ages.
