JUNIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output, and cost goals
• Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the Production team and processes to ensure key quality, output, and efficiency
• Conduction the equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.
• Prepare production reports for management and other section /department as required.
• Manage rework, scrap and general wastage in Production.
• To ensure all works be carried out in accordance to drawings, specifications, procedure and instruction.
• Monitor and review metric regularly and responsible to initiate, implement and work closely with relevant party to drive continuous improvement.
• Any other task that may be assigned.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduate with engineering background are welcome.
• Individuals with 1 – 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is also open for this position.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills
• Mandarin speaking candidate is required as need to deal with mandarin speaking stakeholder

Working hours:
Mon – Thurs (830am-600pm)
Friday (830am-630pm)
Sat & Sun off
