Production Manager (Construction)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities across all active projects
• Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure all work meets required quality and safety standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely project completion
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower allocations
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve issues
• Improve production efficiency through process optimization
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to support operational goals
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, standards, and company SOPs

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites

Chinese-speaking candidates ONLY (Mandarin preferred)

Construction background is required

Proven experience as a Production Manager, Site Manager, or similar role

Strong knowledge of construction workflows, project sequencing, and industry standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple job sites and teams

Proficiency with construction scheduling or project management tools
