Injection Engineer

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible to head up test mold progress, perform test mold failure analysis and take lead to improve or
  overcome new tooling issue before mass production.
• Responsible to establish and maintain technical documentation of new and existing products.
• Responsible to analyze, follow up, troubleshooting new trial run or mass production product issue which cause by
  technical setting.
• Responsible to improve production injection molding quality, cycle time and efficiency thru process parameter.
• Coordinate internal related matters for mold, production equipment maintenance and repair.
• Supervise injection technician to follow up job progress and product quality. Assist QE engineer in the first article
  inspection submission.
• Accountable for the assignment and performance of subordinates.
• Responsible to handle injection technician daily job task and work schedule.
• Organize technical training & mentoring of relevant injection technical skill.
• Ensure completion of documentation, molding process parameters and equipment condition checklist, etc.
• Responsible on injection engineering 7s activity / safe working environment and maintain high standard.
• Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials to superior.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Academic Requirement :
– Diploma / Degree Major Course in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Age:
30 – 45 ages
