Job Description

Qualification/Skills Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Engineer, with a strong track record in standards maintenance, layout design, productivity improvement, and metric maintenance, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerBI (or similar)

Job Requirements
Create flow chart
Support all dcc new toys start-up.
Coordinate products problem to p.e / line gemba.
Station layout and line balancing.
Conduct engineering pilot run.
Work methods / methods improvements
Develop and layout assembly line.
Mainline product costing
Ensure all dcc products line supports meet mmsb schedule, quality & cost
Attend fmea for new toy development.
Special project for dads downtime and improvements.
Standard hours reductions.
Review and propose design change to move category d to non-d category
Review dads machine limitation to run all type product category
