Industrial Engineer

Job Description

1. Responsible for factory layout, setting-out and positioning, as well as coordinating matters related to equipment relocation.
2. Establish standard working hours, conduct system maintenance, perform work spot checks, and carry
   out labour demand and productivity analysis.
3. Conduct analysis on equipment utilization rate and production capacity variance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Experience in time studies, factory layout planning, or standard work measurement.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for layout design and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred, as the position
  involves frequent coordination and reporting to the Taiwan headquarters and Mandarin-speaking clients.
