HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Requirements:

• Significant HRBP and generalist HR background in the Asia region which includes Japan, South Korea and South East Asia.
• Experience from Commercial and Retail company is preferred
• Experience working with a sales oriented organization is helpful
• Experience working in Surveying, Construction and Civil Engineering industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership and influence skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience partnering at with managers within a complex, matrix organisation
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary: RM 15000 – RM 17000
