HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Significant HRBP and generalist HR background in the Asia region which includes Japan, South Korea and South East Asia.
- Experience from Commercial and Retail company is preferred
- Experience working with a sales oriented organization is helpful
- Experience working in Surveying, Construction and Civil Engineering industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and influence skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience partnering at with managers within a complex, matrix organisation
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment or independently
• Willingness to take initiative and work in a self-sufficient manner
• Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills

Salary: RM 15000 – RM 17000
