Job Description
Requirement :
Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource /Administration Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years working experience in Human Resource related field.
Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to solve problems and meet demanding work deadlines with limited supervision.
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and is a highly self-motivated individual.
Competency in Microsoft applications systems is a must.
Responsibilities : Oversee overall HR functions
Recruitment and Onboarding
Handling the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews, prepare salary proposal and offer letter.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Extend employment contract offer and negotiation
Handles new hires onboarding
Conduct employee onboarding program
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in addressing performance issues and employee development plans.
Manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and perform periodic review on PIP cases.
Performance Appraisal & Bonus
Manage performance appraisal for DL/IDL
Coordinate with Managers on merit ratings
Benefits and Compensation
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Assist with salary administration and ensure compliance with compensation policies.
Compliance and Record-Keeping
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
HR Policy Development
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Communicate policy changes and updates to employees.
Other
Manage the overall administration of the canteen and housekeeping.
Participate and support – HR related projects and activities.
