Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Head of Department in preparing the Facility and Maintenance Department monthly report
• Responsible for Government agency like Bomba, Machinery Dept and Dept of Environment
• Liaise with Vendor/ Contractor to oversee any repairing or maintenance work
• To maintain and upgrade plant machinery and utility to harmonize working environment
• To upkeep and maintain production tools and facilities that will enable the Production Dept to manufacture products as to meet the products’ specifications and customers’ requirements
• Assisting the Head of Dept in carrying out productivity and efficiency improvement programs so as to enable to meet the market business demands
• Assisting the Head of Dept in identifying and specifying the correct tools and facilities to be used by the production in performing the assembly processes
• Regular checking at production lines to observe, highlight and correct non-conforming assembly processes, which may affect product quality
• Managing and handling scheduled waste in line with Environmental Quality (Schedule Wastes) Regulation 2005 and its guideline
• Lead the Environmental Performance Monitoring Committee
• Incharge of online record keeping for notification, inventory and consignment note through Electric Schedule waste Information System (eSWIS)
• To support wave solder, selective soldering, and PCBA wash daily production line setup and machine programming.
• Continual improvement on wave/selective soldering quality.
• Report to Director of Engineering

Job Requirements:
-Possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field.
-Minimum 3 years of working in an electronic manufacturing environment with hands-on wave soldering, selective soldering, and PCB wash process.
