Extrusion Engineer

Job Description

Main requirements :
1. Responsible for the start-up and troubleshooting of extrusion product to ensure fulfil customer requirement
and product quality.

2. Responsible for extruding new products, testing and mass production.

3. Responsible for upper/lower dies and daily maintenance of extrusion dies.

4. Responsible in process parameter troubleshooting and provide support on maintenance task.

5. Ensure completion of documentation, molding process parameters and equipment condition checklist, etc.

6. Responsible on extrusion engineering 7s activity / safe working environment and maintain high standard.

7. Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials to superior.

8. To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Academic Requirement:
– Diploma, Degree or above

Age:
25 – 40 ages.
