Job Description

Requirements:
Diploma and above in Mechanical or Electrical
Experience: Min. 3 Years of working in electronic manufacturing environment with hand-on on wave soldering, selective soldering and PCB wash process.

Job Summary:

• Maintain product quality and consistency.
• Ensure good product and yield performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any causes of defects.
• Involved in machine conversions.
• Oversee the performance improvement of various machines and equipment, including Trinity SMART450, M Wave, ZSWHPS4-46 Selective, NIS-450 Selective, Automatic Router Machine CM-610MAX, Aquatorm 100C washing machine, and Water Recycle (treatment) equipment, to achieve production goals.
• Complete checklist verification for Wave, Selective, Router, and Pressfit machines.
• Create and configure profile boards for the Wave machine.
• Ensure that 5S standards are maintained, particularly after solder dross removal.
• Develop and implement a productive maintenance plan to improve Wave machine performance and minimize unscheduled downtime.
• Identify root causes of process issues and work towards their resolution.
• Responsible for ensuring PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedules are adhered to.
