Job Description

• Assist the team leader in conducting skills training and safety training for subordinates
• Responsible for equipment management and timely updating of new equipment information
• Responsible for leading the installation, commissioning and acceptance of production equipment
• Responsible for writing and formulating equipment operating specifications
• Responsible for formulating equipment maintenance plans and assisting equipment technicians in completing equipment maintenance • Supervise the safe operation of equipment and daily inspection and maintenance of equipment by the equipment using department
• Responsible for regular inspections of supervisory equipment, mastering the operating status of equipment, handling problems in a timely manner and nipping equipment abnormalities in the bud
• Guide and help technician complete difficult problems in their work
• complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirement

  • Proficiency in Mandarin communication
  • Male
  • 30 – 40 ages
  • SPM / Certificate
  • Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of Injection molding machine and peripheral equipment maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of mechanical / electrical control.
  • Skilled in Injection molding machine and peripheral equipment maintenance and technical analysis
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be willing to hands-on and work in plastic injection moulding environment.
  • Aggressive, passionate about work, practical, hardworking, teamwork spirit.
  • Familiar with Chinese, English and Malaysian languages, responsible for daily communication translation work, document translation work
