Job Description

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma and above in Electrical & Electronics fields.
• Min. 7~10 years of working experience in Product engineering, Test engineering, NPI, Process engineering, and Facility Maintenance.
• Prefer candidate that work in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of jigs & fixture design.

Job Summary:

• Drive continual improvement on engineering support to manufacturing.
• Explore and monitor new product and process to support customer and production.
• Coordinate in NPI builds
• To lead and motives product and test engineering team.
• Liaise & support to customers on technical support.
• Assist engineering team on FMEA and Control Plan
• To developed and establish plans for the optimum utilization of personnel, and company resources to produce quality products within predetermined cost objectives and support the company’s business objectives.
