1) Responsible to troubleshoot the mechanical and electrical problem on handler.2) Responsible to ensure the on-time delivery of the products to warehouse or shipping.3) Provide value-add engineering solutions to meet cycle time improvement, cost reduction and quality performance goals.4) Responsible to comply with ISO 9001:2000.5) Responsible to communicate with functional teams on the Production, Quality to implement the changes.6) Responsible to implement and control documentation (Proworks, parts list, assembly drawing, and test protocols)7) Responsible to perform product testing and failure analysis by using the in house analytical instrument, such as Oscilloscope, Multi meter.8) Ensure implementation of engineering change notices in the assembly as per instruction from team leader.9) Responsible to attend CAT-meetings and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to continuously enhance and stabilize the product quality when required by team leader.10) Provide assistance to engineer in test tower troubleshooting, enhancements and new production equipment setup.11) Responsible in creating special Jigs for new product.12)Provide support for the R&D team to test new product.13)Provide support for the team to transfer new product from Germany.

1) Verify test function operation using statistical analysis. Assist in determining test limits to guarantee product operation and production yield target.2) Deliver customer requirements and help to develop test cases for product verification and validation.3)Prepare the necessary documents for WI(Work Instruction) compliance relating to test methodology and execution performance goals.4) Responsible for the product circuitry and firmware operation thoroughly enough to design and develop a test strategy and methodology for production.5) Collaborate with project teams (local and remote) to derive requirements, specifications and provide schedule and resource estimations.6) Write and review test plan, test cases, test summary report and other test documents as needed.
