I am particularly skilled in handling emergency and criminal cases, with hands-on experience in situation such as theft, physical altercations, sexual harassment, bomb threats, accidents, and sudden death. These high-pressure situations have strengthened my ability to remain calm, make sound decisions quickly, and ensure effective resolution through coordination with relevant authorities.
Among my key responsibilities are:
· Managing a team of security guards.
· Ensuring operations are conducted safely, securely, and efficiently in line with company expectations.
· To ensure that all security personnel and equipment are in good condition and ready for daily duties as well as emergency situations.
· Reporting incidents and accidents to the relevant authorities and maintaining proper documentation.
· Maintaining strong relationships with tenants and government officials.
· Conducting security inductions, internal audits, surveys, inspections, penetration tests, security assessments, emergency exercises, SOP revisions, as well as overseeing budgeting and inventory.
In addition to my operational experience, I have a solid understanding of security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. - Perform budgeting and inventory.

- Identify risk and come with the preventive plan.
- Revising security standard operating procedures.
- Revising security emergency plan.
- Lectures security induction course.

- To make sure FCZ security operation running well.
- To make sure all the security personnel is confident and well prepared for daily routine.

- To report every incident and accident to the relevant authority and keep record.
- To do security vetting on every person requested to access Free Trade Zone area.
- Attending meeting related to security and free commercial zone.
- Maintaining good relationship with free commercial zone tenants and government authorities such as police, customs, immigration and others.
- Involved in an internal audit, survey, inspection, testing, exercise, budget and inventory.
- Communicate with security vendors such as Panasonic, Wafada Technics and others.
- To identify risk and come with the preventive plan.
- Attending auditors from DCA, SIRIM, TSA, PDRM and others.
- Respond to auditors findings.
- To fix common errors and upgrading and revise security standerd operating procedures.
- Act as a Command post Commander (first officer at scene) during emergency such as fire disaster, airplane crash, bomb threat and others.
- Conduct security course and training.
-Protecting the cash during transit from a secure location to bank auto teller machine.
-Ensuring the safe and secure cash replenishment of auto teller machine.
-Responding to security alarms during cash transports.
-Maintaining a high level of vigilance and awareness of potential threats, monitoring for suspicious activity, and reporting any concerns.
-Perform arming and disarming premises for FLM/SLM (First Line or Second Line Technician) to service or repair the auto teller machine.
