Evaluate and approve new suppliers according to company quality standards.
-Perform supplier audits to verify adherence to ISO standards and company-specific requirements.
-Collaborate with suppliers to enhance their quality systems and processes.
-Work with suppliers to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
-Conduct root cause analysis for supplier-related quality problems and ensure sustainable solutions are implemented.
-Monitoring quality performance metrics for suppliers, such as defect rates and delivery reliability.
-Prepare and update supplier quality documentation, including inspection plans, test results, and audit reports.
-Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
-Partner with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and meet project deadlines.
-Provide technical support to suppliers regarding product specifications and quality requirements.
-Identify and implement cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
-Lead or participate in supplier development programs and continuous improvement efforts.
-Develop supplier and internal quality policies and procedures as required.
-Perform verification and do analysis on the sample due to supplier quality issue.
-Conducting internal audit and EHS audit to ensure all the process and practice meet the requirement.

Handling audits for internal, customers and third-party agencies.
-Preparation documents that related to audit.
-Ability to handle pre-audit activities such as confirming for audit details, transportation and accommodation for auditors in order to ensure the smoothness of agenda.
-Prepared, published and follow-up the conformance and non-conformance issue from audit findings.
-Confirmed and update the report regarding corrective and preventive actions to auditors as post-audit process.
-Coordinator for Process Change Notice (PCN) meeting.
-Involve in FMEA and PCN project improvement.

Establish and maintain quality management system included internal/customer audit.
-Develop and monitor performance metrics for all stages in production process.
-Inspect and prepare the quality of production materials report included incoming and out-going quality.
-Prepare regular quality reports such as CTF parameter (Cpk and MC%)
-Support customer audit related to SPC/Cpk
-Perform process improvement activity to meet SPC rules
-Well versed in QA manufacturing tools such as 7 QC TOOL, 8D and statistical process control.
-Ability to handle a group of technicians.
