✔ Plan and manage NPI projects, collaborating with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet customer requirements. ✔ Create and update process flows, BOMs, Inspection Standards (IS), and Work Instructions (WI) in the DBS system. ✔ Distribute relevant documents (drawings, specs, WI, IS, ECN) to departments and ensure raw material availability before trial production. ✔ Collaborate with teams during prototype and pilot phases, validate designs, and implement improvements for mass production. ✔ Send initial parts to the FAI lab for compliance checks and address tooling issues with the tooling department. ✔ Request measuring tools and stencils with precise specifications. Prepare and submit Color Limit samples for customer approval

✔ Conduct trial runs for printing based on customer requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer drawings. ✔ Verify printing dimensions and stencil designs against customer specifications prior to production runs. ✔ Collaborate with designers to customize printing jigs and checking jigs tailored to each specific part. ✔ Ensure precise mixing of ink with the correct proportions of hardener and retarder to achieve the required color shade. ✔ Oversee daily operations of the degreasing machine, including: i) Monitoring and maintaining appropriate RO water and degreaser temperatures. ii) Adjusting conveyor speeds and blower settings based on part size and weight. iii) Checking and replenishing degreaser levels in the tank. iv) Ensuring proper functionality of all machine components. ✔ Develop and update detailed Work Instructions for production processes to enhance operational clarity and consistency. ✔ Perform daily sorting and inspection of finished goods to ensure quality standards are met. ✔ Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across printing, packing, and degreasing operations. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and resolve operational challenges. ✔ Maintain accurate documentation and reports for production trials, machine maintenance, and finished goods inspections. ✔ Generate monthly rejection reports by analyzing daily data and implement improvements to minimize rejections.
