Job Responsibility:
• Involve with tools installation, hookup and qualification such as:
- RENA Wet Benches Process Tools
- Tokyo Electron Scrubber Process Tools
- Veeco Lift Off Process Tool
- Micro Control Electronic Tape Lift Off Process Tools
• FAT tools release criteria based on Purchase Spec and EHS Requirement.
• Documentation readiness (SPC, FDC, FMEA, APA, OCAP, PM Checklist)
• Transfer all parameter tools from Pilot Line to Kulim tools
• Successfully installed (move-in, hook up, hardware setup and utilities
charge in) within timeline as per plan
• Work with OEM to establish sufficient essential spares and consumables
stock level to support new equipment.
• Work with CIM to able all tools run in Auto mode (OHT)
• Process Chemicals : - Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) - Phosphoric Acid (H3PO4) - Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) - Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) - Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) - Ammonia (NH3) - Buffered Oxide Etch (BOE) - Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) - NF52 (Solvent Base)
Team Leader for Wet Benches Tools with 2 Engineers Subordinate.
Job Responsibility:
• Tool Owner for DNS Wet Benches - PreClean Tools (4), Nitride Strip (2)
and Solvent Strip
• To achieve low cost of ownership of tool by positive equipment
contributions.
• Forecast and review equipment spares, and other equipment related
expenditures.
• Establish sufficient essential spares and consumables stock level to
support equipment.
• Maintain control charts with actions taken on out-of-control points.
• Effective troubleshooting of equipment related problems to minimize
equipment downtime.
• Organize training and certification for ETs to upgrade their technical
skills.
• Co-ordinate both Process and Manufacturing to ensure work is carried
out efficiently.
• Prepare regular and special reports for the department.
• Plan and implement an effective PM program on the equipment as well
as organize installation of new equipment to support production ramps.
• Knowledge about MSDS and PPE
• Also, as owner for Filter Management – Evaluation (Cut Cost & Extend
Lifetime Project) – Collaboration with Purchasing Department
• Involving with new tools startup/installation and coordinate with
Facilities Hookup, Industrial Engineering and Purchasing
