Responsible to ensure purchasing department follow the guideline and complete the task given by the company. In charge to ensure teams control stock quantity in system (SQL) were tally with the physical quantity. Control goods flow efficiently to make sure quantity stock always at optimum levels. In charge in quotation request, issue purchase order (domestic & oversea), credit note and purchase return. For oversea order need to ensure all of the SOP need to provide before deliver to the warehouse especially from China. Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price (domestic & overseas). Arrange delivery goods from supplier to ensure goods arrive based on lead time given (including lorry arrangement and courier pickup and delivery). Daily receive goods order and key in invoice (need to ensure goods received is same to PO and DO) Involved in monthly stocktaking and report preparation for stock take the goods Responsible to prepare goods for project inquiry and need to do stock adjustments for project done and rental adjustments by end of the month Submit stock list balance for the year ended each year. Support administration works such as document processing, record keeping, data entry and filling.
