Work & Experience
- Working in the Bahagian Kawalan Industri (BKIM) department as a support role to all Officers and staff.-Coordinating applications and cancellations as well as registering ships based on the review of documents, plans and systems ship registration.-Helping staff and the officer in doing the extension of the validity period of the certificate temporary ship registration and registration applications temporarily, analyzing the transfer of port of register (entry and exit) and helping staff doing request from the costumer in changing ownership of ships applications based on document research and the ship registration system.- Inspecting all passenger boats by going to harbors and jetties with officer and staff. Inspection involved sea-worthy of the bot, condition and position of the lights and sound signal, boat numbering and marking beside boat, condition and number series of the engine boat, sizing of notice that should be putted on boat, condition and the number of life saving appliances such as life jacket, life buoy, and first aid kit , checking condition and expire date of fire fighting appliances such as fire extinguisher and axes.- Updating new registration or renewal boat license details in the system such as boat number, owner and skipper details, license period, insurance type (MSIG/P & I ), boat travel limit, tons of boat, number of crew, license number and plying limit in Sistem Perlesenan Bot.-Managing some documents to update in the system such as ship inspection reporting, Passenger Certificate (PC), Issuance Certificate Information, Head of Department reports, Supplement to the International Oil Prevention Certificate, Audit closing report, Cargo Ship survey checklist and Audit Templates.
