Key responsibilities: Create and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of products, materials, and processes to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities. Perform testing and analysis of products using various tools, techniques, and equipment to verify compliance with specifications and standards. Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspection results, and corrective actions taken. Prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and ensure incoming materials meet quality standards. Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, and other departments to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities: Create course material, lesson plans, and curricula, conduct research and fieldwork, update course contents and table 4 as per MQA standards and guidlines. Engage with students, assist with subjects, assignments, and also supporting student club activities and cultural events. Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars to students and to lecturers. Participating in training opportunities and initiatives at the institution for continuous career development and involve in academic reviews to update subject contents, involve in Open Distance Learning and Blended Mode Learning. Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams. Conduct hands-on workshop, guide and monitor students on safe usage of workshop tool and safe work -study culture, create workshop class plans and tentative. Involved in Center Of Excellence (CoE) where industry needs programs are being developed such as Professional MBA program and Fast track to chartered member of CILT program. Subject Matter Expert for Cargo Operation Management, Basic Engineering, Shipboard Maitenance, Port Security and Safety Management, Environmental Economics.

Key responsibilities: Managed the construction of 10K and 100K cleanroom for TF AMD Penang which worth about RM 40 million. Develop mechanical services drawing such as HVAC system drawing, Firefighting system drawing, and many more other services using AutoCad. Collaborated with subcontractors and client for a smooth tender process of the project. safety engineering control and modification for important lifesaving appliances such as the installment of dry riser fire extinguisher in transformer room and switch board, installment and of sprinkler system, installment of main, standby, fire generator and pump. maintenance of main fire panel, and sensors laised with BOMBA, DOSH, DOE personnel for company certifications.
