• Purchaser: Sourcing the best prices and purchasing goods, such as kitchen equipment, based on customer requests to ensure their satisfaction. Also involved in receiving goods and coordinating with the company lorry driver for the delivery to the customer's site. Additionally, issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and update Purchase Invoices (PI) using the SQL Accounting Software. • Stock Management: Conduct physical stock takes and update the stock list for all standard kitchen equipment. It is crucial to double-check the stock in the SQL system to ensure alignment with the physical stock. • Rental Equipment: Checking and preparing items requested for rent, tracking delivery dates, and preparing sub-Delivery Orders for customer acknowledgment upon receipt. • Return Equipment: Coordinate with the lorry driver to collect items from customer sites as per the given date from the company salesperson. Upon reaching the company warehouse, it is necessary to verify the serial numbers to ensure they match the records, make detailed notes of the equipment's condition, and coordinate with technicians to repair and clean the items before reintroducing them into our stock.

• Take customer orders with a friendly and approachable demeanor, providing personalized recommendations when necessary. • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation area.
